Love the Moment Challenge

How often do we get caught up in the fast pace of life. There is always something to be done, places to go and people to see. We always seem to be in such a hurry and often let the little things in life pass us by.

I know that if I wait for my life to slow down, I will probably be waiting for the rest of my life.
I know I need to stop, take a deep breath and really look at life and all the little things it has to offer, the little things that I don't take the time to see everyday.

I need to start enjoying the happiness in the simplicity of little moments by capturing, noticing, celebrating and enjoying moments as they happen. Life is about acknowledging the small things that may otherwise go unnoticed. Being grateful for all that I have in my life, my family and friends and just enjoying life as a whole.

There are so many things in life that we just take for granted and don't really take the time to notice and enjoy. For example: the roughness of tree bark, the smell of a flower, flying butterflies and the feel of your child’s soft cheek.

Because these little things: they are big things. And one day I'm going to look back and realise that I've missed all of these important things and then it will be too late!

So each day I'm going to try and capture something that I would not normally notice and share it here.

I hope that you enjoy seeing my appreciation of life and all the little things it has to offer and maybe you can also be inspired to stop and smell the roses and really enjoy life!
